Once you start making the effort to “wake yourself up” – that is, be more mindful of your daily activities – you suddenly start appreciating your life more.

Providing telehealth services to clients in California. and Florida

hello & welcome!

Hi, thank you for being here. I am glad that we have connected here!

I am a first-generation Korean immigrant who came to the U.S. when I was in 4th grade. I am fluent in both English and Korean.

Going through my own mental health difficulties, I've personally experienced and have gone through my own healing journey. I want to provide you an open safe space for sharing and processing your mental health journey wherever you are in your life stage.

I have my personal experience being in a traumatic and long labor, being a mother,, and going through my own postpartum mental health symptoms/therapy support. I received training from the PSI (Postpartum Support International)- Perinatal Mood Disorders:: Components of Care and am confident to provide safe open space and support to perinatal mothers/guardians.

When we are under stress, we feel a lost and not exactly know what to do or where to go. This is the moment when we need someone to walks with us through the difficult time. There will be ups and downs throughout your healing journey and that is okay! Healing isn’t linear. Somedays you will feel better than others and somedays you may feel like you've taken two steps back. The important part is not giving up and continuing to walk through your journey. Eventually, you will get closer to your journey destination and that's our goal.

I always inform my clients that therapy isn’t about the therapist leading and telling them what to do. It’s more of the therapist and client walking and working together as a team. I am willing to build transparent and accountable therapeutic relationship with my clients and provide the warm care they deserve. I want to provide empathy with a warm, genuine, and non-judgmental attitude to my clients.
